Before 20/30 fasttrack I woke up at least 5 times during the night, now I actually sleep through the night. Plus, I lost 19lbs in 30 days!! This is a great program, great people to work with & you get awesome results!
If you had told me 5 months ago that I would feel this good and look better too, I would have laughed so hard. The health benefits alone are amazing and looking better too is the cherry on top. I have lost 33 lbs and still going down. I love that it teaches you how to make a lifestyle change. The support system is also another reason I was successful.
