I am super excited about the results I am seeing and I am only on day 13. So far I have lost just over 20 lbs and I couldn't be happier. I feel better than I have in years, and I am excited to see what the scale is going to say in the morning!!! My coach is very supportive and answers all my questions. I tried everything and nothing worked. It is hard, but if you stick to it you WILL see results!!!
It is always tough to make a change in life. This plan is rough only because you have to be mentally ready to better yourself. This isn't a workout program but a diet program designed to eliminate alements and lose weight. My blood pressure was the most significant--from 150/109 to 110/75 in less than 3 weeks. I lost 33 lbs and 25 in. in 30 days. My inflammation, snoring, sciatica, and sinuses all improved to the point of existinction. All in all it was a true life savor

This program is not always easy, I'm not gonna lie, BUT it so worth all the results well beyond the weight loss! I am 3 weeks in and down 16lbs!! I feel amazing and have so much energy!! I had been looking at this "diet" for several months before deciding to just do it. I knew my biggest hold up was that I HATE veggies (except for the starchy ones), I am not a salad person, but I wanted to be off of most, if not all, of my diabetes meds. I am on day 18, have lost 15.2 lbs, and have been able to reduce one med by 3 pills a day, and my slow acting insulin has dropped from 50 units per day to 15!
