I started this program 40 days ago. I have lost 28.0 lbs and feel great! I am learning the truth and I am a believer. This is the most Amazing plan and so easy to follow . Day 7 and I've lost 8.8 lbs !!! I've also found something I have not had in along time Energy !!! I am a diabetic and have high blood pressure and my blood sugars are down to normal or near normal every day throughout the day and my blood pressure is coming down also so the medical results are just as good as the weight loss !!! We have the best coaches in the world!!
