These girls know what they are doing!! They’ve been there and know what others are going through. They know what works...and what doesn’t. And if you listen to what they tell you and do what they say....it will work every time!! They are mountain movers....and they moved a mountain for me!! ��� I lost 16.4lbs and 18 inches in 30 Days!!
I have been on so many diets that I have lost count. This is the best program that I have ever been on! I recommend it to everybody instead of surgery! And the coaches are excellent too!
