If you are wanting over all health improvements. Go see them. I stared the plan 19 days ago and have lost 20 lbs. However it is not all about the scale. Great people! The 20/30 Fast Track plan is the best. Its easy to follow. And I have learned a lot about Life Style Changes!
This is my second time in the program. I love the way I feel and every change in my body makes me love myself more. Healthy living is the way to go. If you haven't tried this, I highly recommend it and will even come as a support if you need a buddy.
It is unbelievable how amazing I feel now that I have started this journey. I am 30 days in and have lost 27 lbs and I have so much energy. I sleep all night, no restlessness, and I am a better version of me. I am so excited to see where this journey takes me.
