For my first experience out of the state of MI. My first stop being this Zoo was a choice well made, and a memory I won't forget.
My kids had a blast.... I thought the art around the enterance was beautiful :) the kids got to see most of the animals... it was a little cold for some but overall was a good trip :)
Alot of animals weren't visible, walked the entire zoo with no maps were available anywhere.
Mmmmmmmmm it was ok .. lots of animals are missing .. plus the food and candy are so expensive .. over all it was not bad
Our family feels at home at LPZ. It is a gem in the city, and it enriches the lives of all who spend time there exploring and learning about this amazing world we share. :)
Took my girlfriends son for his first time. He absolutely had a great time. Weather was nice, mid 50's. Could see Zoo making cosmetic improvements and new additions. I've loved the fact that it is free. Such an educational experience. My only suggestion for improvement would be a P.A. system that would ask for viewers to kindly not stay and crowd an exhibit and to keep it moving. So many times the Gorilla exhibit is overcrowded and unable to catch a glimpse if they are on one side of the glass. Other than that, how much can ... read more
Aprobechamos el dia al maximo ya estuvimos una bes anteriormente pero esta bes estuvo mucho mejor muy limpio y ordenado solo nos falto pasar por donde tienen a los animales de la granja mis hijos lo disfrutaron muchisimo
We don't get downtown often enough to come to the zoo. Truly enjoyed the exhibits and got great up close pictures since the animals were so close �
