Such a beautiful zoo! A little bummed some of the animal's were not out due to renovations and weather, which is understandable!! Can not wait to come back in warmer months! Thanks for a great day Lincoln Park Zoo!
It was a perfect weather...we didn't get to see all the animals. .seems like they were either sleeping or hidding...but I always enjoy going to LPZ....
Had a marvelous Tuesday with my kids n the lions n Tiger was out ...I wish the gorillas had more space to feel as if they were free.. The Zoo definitely need some more animal Overall great place a usual

Great zoo. First time visitor from Columbus, Ohio. Jaguar, giraffes, meerkats, and the huge gorilla were my favorites.
It was a beautiful day so we decide let's go to LPZ. They are doing construction and most of the animals were hiding. We only stayed for 1-1/2 and paid $25.00 for parking.
I would not recommend this zoo to any animal lover. The cages the animals are in and the animals seem super depressed. Not a good experience
The zoo is beautiful, and they have a lot to see. Especially considering its FREE. My only issue was that we went on a Monday, and they claim they're open during the day, but everything was closed. The primate house, the kiosks, etc were all closed. It's spring break, so I expected more to be open. We still had a great time though - definitely a must do in Chicago.
