Our family had a wonderful time at Zoo Lights! So beautiful and we were able to enjoy the animals at night too! We'll definitely do it again!

The Christmas lights were AMAZING! The staff was SUPER friendly! This isn't something anyone can control, but a lot of the animals were hiding, which kinda stunk, but we didn't have little kids with us so it was ok. The ONLY thing I would suggest as an immediate change is to make the parking pay stations able to take cash again! We were trapped in the parking lot and when we went back to talk to someone who worked there, the gates were closed and no one was in sight. Best place in Chicago to enjoy with the family. The new polar bear area is word class. Zoo lights are amazing! More of what I expected.

I had such an amazing time with my favorite person Oscar Oj . there were so many cool lights it really was well planned and set up . thanks for giving us a wonderful evening to enjoy .
Wonderful! Lots of animals, different centers, and a beautiful park.
Awesome that it's a free zoo. I loved the lights and the gift shop. The Gorillas and Chimpanzees were wonderful. Went into the big cat house ... saw none. I can deal with them off display, but those enclosures are so small! I cannot believe it is a good environment for such large cats. That is not a safe and caring place for large cats. I really hope that they consider some other animal that would better fit in that area. The rest of the zoo was quaint and wonderful.
