Awesome place! Close to everything downtown, full amenities and more (gym, pool tables, theatre room with a projector) etc with big spacious rooms.
Most of my friends live at 20 Hawley. As a student its location is great for being around other upperclassmen. The staff members (Ari) in the front are always welcoming. There are different events that are made by the staff to help make a more comfortable and conducive community to live in.
If you're looking for convenience and safety, this is definitely the place for you. With a garage under the building, you don't even have to step outside to get to your car! There are always people on-staff to assist you with pretty much anything. Even though I'm not a resident this year, Jason Chacho still helped me out in trying to get items from storage. Probably the nicest downtown housing option in Binghamton
Every time I came here to visit friends, I'd always envy them for living in one of the best, if not the best, student housing locations off campus. Facilities are state-of-the-art and rooms are very spacious. Eateries, bars, and the bus stop to campus are right outside the doorstep. So not only are we talking quality living, but convenience as well. For those considering living off-campus, this is your ideal location.
I've been here a few times and it's beautiful. The staff was really friendly 10/10 would recommend!

Hawley is such a beautiful building and I'm excited to live there next year! It's equipped with useful amenities and a great staff. Jason and Ari,who work at the front desk, always greet me with a welcoming smile.
