Unfortunately, 20 Hawley Street management is not responsive and does not make essential repairs. As just one example, my daughter's room has not had working air conditioning since the start of school and the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. I've called "management" several times and no repair person ever shows up. (Separately, the apartment's dishwasher didn't work all last year and the girls just gave up asking for the repair.)
