Great environment for students to live in the heart of the city of Binghamton. Has all the accommodations that a student or young individual would look for in a place to live while going to college. If you are thinking about living there, ask for Tony Cortez. He is very helpful to all of the residents and cares a lot about his building and the people that live in it.

Best place to live in for students in Binghamton. Only place with real indoor parking and making my car feel safe all year long, not having to worry about the snow or rain or thieves. The maintenance team headed by Jason is always good. Whenever I have a problem, easily send a request online and boom, I come home from class and its fixed no matter the problem. The staff at Hawley is really friendly and feels just like home. Prices are somewhat better than other places too honestly for what your getting.
Free food and super bowl parties? What's not to like
I thought Hawley's staff was very professional and Ari Sheps made my tour incredibly informative and enjoyable. Will Definitely recommend living here to a friend !
