RecommendedBeautiful, well kept building and amazing staff. Our girl scout troop sold cookies in the lobby last night and we received such a worm welcome! The lobby is so inviting with a cozy, yet contemporary design complete with fireplace. We were amazed to see a gym to our left and a movie theatre on the right, and game room including a pool table. RecommendedI lived at Hawley during my time as a Binghamton University student and it was an exceptional experience. All possible living needs were fulfilled and the staff were fantastic as well. Tony Cortez, the manager of Hawley, was particularly excellent and was always available to help any apartment-related needs of my friends and me. I couldn’t imagine having lived anywhere else as a BU student. What a great choice!
Without a doubt the best place in terms of housing in the downtown area. Tony and Justin along with the rest of the 20 Hawley management have been extremely helpful and have aways gone out of their way to help out and provide any accommodations that were necessary. Overall, I had an amazing experience here!

Best student housing that there is! Awesome location and beautiful building. Staff is always willing to help and the amenities are great. Hot tub, gym, virtual fitness studio, computer room, and way more.
