1909 Temecula is a tribute to the Machado building, the location where the restaurant and bar now lives. Well before the 1909 burger was created, this structure has been home to a trading post, livery, auto shop and most notably a bar. During the 70's, the Longbranch Saloon was known as the roughest place in town to get a drink. Locals often stop in and tell stories of brawls and shootings. An interesting menu with creative options. We had burgers and they were cooked perfectly with a delicious grilled/smoked flavor. The fries were not as exciting as I expected, but they were good. The lamb soup was delicious.
The Spicy Bloody Mary was perfect. I highly recommend them.
Bloody Mary's are awesome. Burgers are great also.
Great breakfast, I had the chicken Benny, so good such an American take simply because it takes a classic dish, eggs Benedict, to the American level of greatness.
