Bartender SEAN was tremendous. A real pro. Food was great and reasonably priced.
The shrimp and crab empanadas were amazing! I love their Bloody Mary’s and the carnitas chilaquiles. My husband had the bison burger and a pear cider. Everything excellent. Lauren our server was great too. We will definitely be making this our go to brunch place �

Treated by some friends after we shot some senior pics downtown. Friend says this place, 1909, is known for its bar, but neither of us drink so we don’t know. “Do you like hamburgers?” asked my friend. “It’s hard to mess up a burger,” I said. “Well, you might rethink your choices. This place, I think you’ll put this burger in your Top 5.” He was right — it’s probably number 2. (My wife makes a damn good burger.)
