Crystal at the Lombard location is the best! An overall great experience. I of course will be back.
You can tell this is definitely a first class establishment from the moment you walk in the door. The complimentary beverage while you are waiting is a nice touch (also received a voucher for the brewery near by, the Beer House, on my way out). Got an awesome cut from Jillian and had a great time talking to her. Will definitely be heading back in the future!

18/8 is fantastic! Great service and atmosphere. All the stylist are highly skilled and the front desk people are very friendly and fun to chat with!

Kelly at the lombard location is the bomb!!! My boyfriend got his haircut by her and I love it! She even showed him how to style it using products she used during the service and his hair has never looked better.
