Had my hair cut by Kelly one of the best cuts I've had in a long time
Great experience, once again. In today for my second buzz cut with Kelly, who not only managed to make my scalp shine, but also tamed my unruly beard, something I've not been able to do myself in some time. And she managed all of this while still keeping up her half of the conversation as we dished about everything from Roku to Lena Dunham's politics. Definitely don't recommend. Firstly, they refused to honor my groupon which they stated can only be used at the Glenview location. Secondly, their website states they offer pedicures, which is a lie because they said they don't offer that service. By the way, that's legally considered False Advertising. Thirdly and worst of all, they overcharged me. I came in just wanting a haircut which they said would cost $35 for just a cut. Then they said because I'm a new customer, they were going to upgrade me to the Executive Haircut.... read more
Great service amazing staff a must if your a hard work man you deserve to be treated like this all the time. So many services it's hard to decide. ..
Thanks to all who were in attendance today especially Crystal who helped with waxing my chest. They did such a professional job on not only my back wax but my chest as well. The blue wax with cloth strips lessened the pain of the pulls but had more hair per pull. Also thank you Jill for the best hair cut that I have had in years especially the hot rocks hot towels and straight shave on the neck. Thanks again see you all again really soon
