I love living here. It’s a great area and walking distance to the elementary and middle schools (Coral Gables Preparatory Academy is an A+ PreK-8th grade school). The property manager, Paula, is very professional and attentive. The building is very well maintained. They respond to issues quickly. The parking is ideal; you get your own reserved parking spot. They perform regular maintenance including pest control. There’s a park in walking distance and you can even walk to miracle mile. Best apartment I’ve had in a long time.
Me siento a gusto viviendo aquí, así como mi familia, ya que es una propiedad que se conserva en óptimas condiciones, los aptos son amplios y luminosos. La convivencia entre vecinos es la mejor, es un lugar muy tranquilo. La administración está al tanto en todo momento del mantenimiento y limpieza de la edificación así como velar porque se cumpla sus regulaciones y además por el bienestar de sus inquilinos.
