I'm so blessed to have Dr Rook and his excellent staff for all my veterinarian needs!!!!!!!! They have taken such great care of my many dogs over the years!!! LOVE Mr Rook!!!!!

When I first moved to Midlothian several years ago, my dog was stung on the tongue and his tongue swelled up fast and he couldn't breathe. I took him to Dr. Rook....I had three young kids with me. Dr. Rook and his staff were so helpful and nice and they treated us like family even thought they didn't know me from Adam. They saved my dog and when they were done I realized I had left my purse at home and he told me not to worry about it. We took out 5 month old puppy in for a "virus". The vet said he needed to keep her to treat her for dehydration. We attempted to pick her up Saturday morning but the lady who answered the phone said that all of the employees were sick and that no one would be in the office until Monday. We went to pick the baby up and were informed that "we lost her yesterday"! NO PHONE CALL! NOTHING! We now have little Libby FROZEN in a GARBAGE BAG! BEWARE! Do not take your pets to this "vet"
