This is an awesome VET .....caring, understanding, excellent, and more compassionate than many of the Vet's we have gone to over the past 10 plus years in Texas.
I just took my two very large dogs in this morning. I have a St. Bernard with skin issues and a Weimaraner that just needed her first shots. They are hyper-aggressive around other dogs. A friend of mine suggested going here because the dogs could go in through the back and not have to go past other dogs. I arrived and everything went fantastic and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. I will only be taking the animals here from now on.
Dr Rook and staff have seen my dogs for over 17 years now. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Recently my dog was hit by a car and fractured his leg. Dr Rook has helped him in so many ways. I am INDEBTED to his kindness. We will NEVER take our dog children anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dr Rook and staff!!
Dr. Rook is the most caring Vet I have ever known. He goes the extra mile to help sick pets. He is very reasonable with his pricing as well. In a word Awesome!
Took my cat in today to see Dr. Rook. I just heard about him yesterday so I got my cat in today to get seen. I thought I was going to have to put my cat down because I couldn't afford another $1000 plus dollars when I've already spent $2600 on him for surgery this year. I found out my cat's condition is not fatal, there's a simple medication that's not costly, and I can get the other care he needs for $125 instead of $1000 (which is what a vet in Mansfield quoted me)!
