Dr. Rook and staff aided in end of life for our 13 tear old Anatolian Shepherd. He has cared for our new Anatolian for the last 3 years. I drive 20+ miles to have his care for our dog.
Dr Rook is wonderful! !! The receptionist is beyond rude and not compassionate at all, my 74-year-old mother brought her 14yr old cat who was dying in wrapped in a beach towel, cat is decalwed mind you, she said we needed to have a carrier. ..shaking her head like she couldn't believe that we didn't own a carrier and snapped a answer towards me..to which I responded the cat is dying and you're being beyond rude towards a senior citizen. Dr. Rook is a wonderful, kind, whole heart for your animal and family kind of man! We have been using him since before we moved to Midlothian 4.5 years ago. We used to drive from Arlington.
