Very shady practices after you have agreed to price and terms. When you go to finance department, everything he is typing in is not available to see. There are NO paper copies for you to look at to see if everything is correct or if they changed something without your permission. You are only given a thumb drive with the info on it, so you can't see what they have done until you get home and plug it into computer. Never in over 30 years have I had such a terrible experience. I will never allow this company to touch a car that I own ever again. I had my 2017 Tucson towed in on 11/9/2023. On June 14, 2024 (yes 7 months) I had to have it towed to another shop. I was charged $5400 to have my car return in worse condition than it was given to them. I took it to the dealer because I thought they would be more knowledgeable. I could not have been more wrong. So I was without my vehicle for over 7 months with a $5,400 bill.
