Our visit for an inspection with our truck was seamless. We waited in the very clean lounge area while it was being done. Our mechanic, Brian, was quick and thorough and explained how everything looked afterwards.
First service on my 2024 was efficient and pleasant. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Updates during the service was a nice touch. A great dealership experience.

When work was completed, that Rep., Christopher Ostman followed up by sending a text with links for my docs, as we discussed before I left. I've been a customer for the past 7 years and I have found all the Service Reps. that I've met to be friendly and helpful.
