Good service and people are very friendly they take good care of their customers and also take good care of their vehicles
I like the fact that I was able to negotiate and not just this is the price and that what it is.
For the service department ,well organized and take the time to explain the work that was done on the vehicle. As a result of the service department we decided to buy a new car. We showed up late Saturday afternoon and they stayed well beyond the closing hour and never lost their patience with a PIA (me) . Thank you for everything!!!!!
For the last 2 weeks Katie has been very professional. She dealt with me and my car issues well. She also kept in contact which is a huge plus!
They were very prompt with the appointment time. They changed the oil and filter within 45 minutes and washed my vehicle. Very happy with this service.

Our Santa Fe lost all power, the engine quit on the PA turnpike and was towed to your facility. The reading on the battery volyage was around 11 and both the tow truck driver and I thought that the problem was with the alternator. We left the car with service and a new battery was installed. We were assured that the alternator was not the culprit, yet during the trip and after arriving safely home, the battery was again around 11 volts with the engine not running and dropped to 10.9 with the engine running. Good afternoon Michael Lebrun, first and foremost I do apologize for your inconvenience. When you came in Saturday you had instructed our Service Advisor to just put a battery in the vehicle. It was him who actually said it could be something more. At that time we still checked voltages before and after the battery went in.
