Jbk was an excellent salesman to work with. He has been very attentive to my needs and presenting me with multiple options for purchasing a vehicle. The entire sales staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the right pricing on the vehicle I purchased. Shout out to the managers for playing a big part in this transaction. They made a mistake on my car when I lost my air conditioning and the car left my wife sit along the road because they did not drive it afterwards, but they did make it right.
It was clean. The service man was very respectable. I thought it took too long to just inspect and emmisions for my car since my appointment was at 9:00. It took approximately 2 and 1/2 hrs. for a simple inspection. My time is as valuable as anyone else's.
Erick was very easy to work with and made the buying experience not a difficult one.

Pleasant workers, great clean waiting area with snacks, always satisfied with service! Love the 3 service guys at the service desk that have been there a while (Matt, John( or Jim?), and a 3 rd one. They’re all very efficient and great to work with!
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. The service center rarely knows how to fix any issue that you have with your car and I've been waiting 3 weeks now for the sales manager to give me a call back for a problem with my car when I bought it. I called and left a message for him last week still haven't got a call back so I will be going in there in person. The person that recommended me to there was supposed to get $100 and that still didn't happen yet. The service manager said he was going to look into that also and... read more
