From the time I went to look at the car until the month or so later when it was finally time to buy, I had a great experience. They really worked with finding the car my daughter wanted and provided a great price. I never felt pressured to buy and they even worked with me on some of the pricing. Paulo Pena was the best! As I just said in the last page of this survey, Paulo Pena was the best salesman for us. He was anxious to sell us a car but before he did, he showed genuine interest in my son and me. He didn't push any car on us, he gave us the options after judging what we wanted. He was always prepared to show us the best car and saved us $3,000 by finding a similar car with less equipment that met our needs. Got a new SUV! I love my new Hyundai. I read the manual more to understand the car gadgets as these were not sufficiently gone over. As a woman the sales person was treating me with a baby voice here and there which was uncalled for.... not quite sure why he kept doing it. But all in all my experience was positive.
