I brought my Ioniq 6 in for a recall. I got a ride home, a ride back and the service was done quickly.

Their communication is poor. I was there for over 2 hours and 15 for a scheduled oil change and would have been there over 3+ hours if I had not checked on the status of my vehicle. No one responded to my text (after I received a text at the start of my appointment to text that number if I needed anything). No one let me know they were working on a recall. When I went to check on the status they told me it would be at least another hour to finish the update that they did not inform me of prior to doing it. Very poor communic... read more

Car was serviced as requested, on time and washed before getting it back. It was returned in great condition.
My wife and I have gotten several vehicles from Bennett Hyundai and have had regularly scheduled maintenance performed on each, the service team ther has always bee very accommodating to us and have alway been through and professional. This time around Bryan helped us. As always, very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Bennett Hyundai for both their service and sales staff.
Errol and Kendall both did a great job with a trade in for a new Elantra. Highly recommend working with them!
I have been fighting with Hyundai of America to replace my engine for 2 years. This was the 6th dealership I took it to in that two years and within 24 hours of arrival, they had my new engine approved and ordered. It was installed and ready for me in less than a week. This would be the o lot dealership I would use if they weren’t 5 hours away from me.
I had the best experience they are very professionals and friendly I live 60mile away but I love the costumer service that’s why I drive there for my services one of the best places
I’d give them less than one star if it would allow it. Their Mickey Mouse mechanics did faulty work which resulted in the head gasket blowing. AFTER charging us $4K they refuse to make good on THEIR FAULTY work. They’re straight up criminals. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away. And tell all your friends and family not to get robbed at All Star Hyundai in Pittsburg CA!
