Fantastic I’m a first time car buyer and had horrible anxiety about this whole process. Joseph Hall was our sales guy and let me just say wow. He was amazing, he took his time, very knowledgeable about the cars and made the experience way less stressful. I drove off the lot in a brand new car. I’m very happy with the customer service and if I need another vehicle Joseph is the guy I’ll go to.
Great Job As a new resident of Scottsdale I was somewhat wary of the quality of service I might get at my "new" dealership for service. I was quickly impressed and grateful for excellent service, speed and communication. Great dealership!
FAB all around experience! My 3rd car I have leased here & it always seems to just get better each time I am here. Its always been easy with very friendly & helpful people, but this time was especially so~ My salesman, Bobby Gentile was wonderful, easy going, very attentive & informative w info, a great fellow. In addition, Ricardo Garcia in the Service Dept is also amazing, just a great disposition. I really like this dealership, I always feel welcome & comfortable, I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed or stressed.

amazing experience everyone was super friendly and attentive to my needs. Jon was a terrific salesman and took the time to explain the sales contract and all the goodies in my car. Love this dealership!, Fantastic service. Norm was wonderful and he made the service easy and stress free. I work nearby and they dropped me off at work and picked me up when my car was ready. I was contacted the next day to see how my experience was with the dealership....who does that now days? This is the second time I’ve dealt with this dealership and I would highly recommend them.

Radio and back-up system problem. I love this dealership. but I am unhappy that they haven't contacted me again with my car problem. My radio and back up system goes out constantly when I start the car and put in reverse. I have been able to get the system to work by pushing the blue link button on and than immediately off. This is not a good way to keep the system working. I would like this to be resolved. I love this car and want to keep it. Sincerely, Bea Whisenand
