cruise control problem Earnhardt Hyundai found the problem on the first visit and after two visits too Chapman Hyundai where I bought the car they could not. The service writer at Chapman did not believe I even had a problem. I asked for a loaner car at Chapman Hyundai and was told no . Earnhardt Hyundai offered me a loaner car. No comparison between service departments, Chapman F-, Earnhardt A+

Ricardo is top notch! If you're looking for an amazing service advisor, Ricardo is your guy. He's very nice, has excellent communication, and is a problem solver. His work ethic is excellent, and he's honest. He's the only one I prefer to see!

So frustrated Never have we been treated so poorly at a car dealership. We showed up twice today with the intention of purchasing a car. The first time we were told someone would be right out to help us. After 20 minutes we went inside where no one acknowledged our presence. We lingered for a bit thinking someone would eventually help us. Nope! We went back later in the day where it felt like we were interrupting a social chat among the employees. We were told they closed at 6, but on the website it said they would take test... read more

Fantastic I’m a first time car buyer and had horrible anxiety about this whole process. Joseph Hall was our sales guy and let me just say wow. He was amazing, he took his time, very knowledgeable about the cars and made the experience way less stressful. I drove off the lot in a brand new car. I’m very happy with the customer service and if I need another vehicle Joseph is the guy I’ll go to.

Great Job As a new resident of Scottsdale I was somewhat wary of the quality of service I might get at my "new" dealership for service. I was quickly impressed and grateful for excellent service, speed and communication. Great dealership!

FAB all around experience! My 3rd car I have leased here & it always seems to just get better each time I am here. Its always been easy with very friendly & helpful people, but this time was especially so~ My salesman, Bobby Gentile was wonderful, easy going, very attentive & informative w info, a great fellow. In addition, Ricardo Garcia in the Service Dept is also amazing, just a great disposition. I really like this dealership, I always feel welcome & comfortable, I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed or stressed.

amazing experience everyone was super friendly and attentive to my needs. Jon was a terrific salesman and took the time to explain the sales contract and all the goodies in my car. Ian Parker was also great and a pleasure to work with. They are both assets to the company. Will def refer all my family and friend to you guys!
