My experience this time was far better than my last visit. The gentleman who was working was so helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and did so with kindness. They washed my car this time too. Last time, they washed the car before me, but not mine! When I asked about it, the girl working said something about the weather, and that they weren’t washing cars, but I could see that the other cars were coming out washed! The service team at Bennett Hyundai always take great care of me and my Sonata. I know that when my car goes in for service, they're going to do a full vehicle inspection to make sure my car is in top shape.
Excellent communication and friendly service writers. Reasonable solution to my problem and very reasonable service add on for oil change and state inspection.
Errol was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humor also. Matt Snyder, Brian and John from the service department deserve accolades too. Matt is the reason I keep coming to this dealership. Matt helps me with any issue I encounter and has my trust and respect. I truly appreciate what the team here has done for me!!
