I have had the pleasure of working with all four of these guys and each one of them is fantastic. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and their fees are very fair and reasonable. Most importantly they stand behind their work. If there are any issues related to a previous repair they do whatever necessary to make it right. I love this shop and it will be my go to computer repair from now on!!
Well, 1201 has come through for me again! This time with the ability to clone my hard drive and transfer all the data, programs, settings to the new solid state drive, so that I can get back to work without any additional delays! I spoke with three different technicians during the process of this repair, and they were uniformly helpful and spoke to me about the issues in terms I could understand. Love these guys!!!
My PC was pretty toast: bsod, os corrupted, etc. You guys not only did a clean reinstall for me but you were also able to save my data. You did it in the promised time frame and you charged me less than I expected to pay. More important than what you did, was what you "didn't" do: hit me up for a service plan, pad the bill, drag your feet or bs me. You guys are a rare find man, seriously, I'd send my mom here. Thanks again!

I've been using 12:01 Computer Repair for sometime now and all I can say is the customer service is beyond excellent, and they really do explain things so that you understand what they are saying to you. Blake Hoss help me out with my system and for someone that isn't computer smart I came away with some knowledge thanks to him. I live in Happy Valley and yes there are places that I could go on my side of town but the service at 12:01 makes me a loyal customer! !
