They are awesome! This is the second time I've taken my laptop to 1201 for service. First time I was sure I would need to buy another machine. But they were able to get me back up and running and for a very reasonable charge! Second time, my machine needed a complete uninstall and reinstall of the software. Now mind you, I have a service agreement with a big retailer but they didn't do the job. But with 1201, I was very pleased with the results and again, at a very reasonable charge. 1021 Computer Repair was recommended to me by a friend when my 2011 Macbook Pro up and died. They did a thorough job replacing the hard drive with a static drive and updating all the software. A week later the power port failed and they replaced it immediately and did a liquid spill clean out (I had no idea coffee was all over the ports!) and my old laptop will likely give me several more years. I got regular updates on the status of the repairs and I though the price was very fair. I couldn't be happier!

Top notch across the board: communication, speed, attitude, offering helpful suggestions but not upselling, being very patient and nice to someone with lots of questions, and good results. Wow.
