We could not have more pleased with the service we received from this company. Timely, conscientious, reasonably priced, etc.
I can’t say enough about the team that installed my 3 stop PVE elevator. The team was so professional, courteous, and thorough. The only black mark on the job was the general contractor recommended by 101 mobility. Randy Robbins Construction performed very poorly. No schedule, poor communication, and complete disregard of needs of the homeowner and the 101 mobility installation team. The prep work was quoted as a 5 day job but it took 2 1/2 weeks. Website is very misleading. They do not work on stairlifts
We had a major repair, which required essentially removing the old mechanical system of our elevator and replace it with a “mod“ version of the operating system. First, dealing with 101 is easy. They are responsive. And if they say they’re coming at 9 AM, they come at 9 AM. Second, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed and how they were going to do it, and kept me posted on their progress. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but I wouldn’t hesitate.
