Everything about this experience with 101 Mobility was exactly as promised. The time for delivery, the cost, the time for installation, the performance of the elevator and our happiness with the entire project matched 100% what 101 Mobility said in advance. In other words, there were NO unpleasant surprises. It took a while, but we knew in advance that it would. The finished installation is beautiful.
