I have a natural distrust of car dealers but Steve and team have proved to be the exception. Their cars are reasonably priced and the staff are attentive (thanks Charisma!). We tested several cars (some overnight) until we found one that suited our needs. A relaxed and non-pushy experience with a real interest in us. 1 Stop Auto does what it suggests - there's no need to go elsewhere!
The staff is awesome and very helpful, WITHOUT being at all pushy. They help to guide you through the entire sale and financing processes. Their staff and their selections are great! Special thanks to Steve for the assistance and to JJ for the recommendation.

A great selection of cars with a broad price range and plenty of choice. However, the best thing is the friendly service with zero pressure. We`ve been to a few places around Virginia Beach and 1 Stop Auto by far gives the best buying experience. Other garages have shown us trash vehicles, kept us waiting without explanation and been disinterested. This does not happen with Steve, Charisma and the other staff who were excellent from start to finish. We will definitely go back if we need another car.
