If I can give them a negative star I would. They are the worst especially the sale rep Chrisma. I went to get a car. Got approved. Signed the agreement and drove off with the car. 24 hours later they said I need to bring the car back because the bank didn’t approve it because after I left the wanted raise the interest rate so they can make a profit. Now I have no car and they didn’t give me my down payment back. Never will I do Business with this company ever again!!!
How many times can I recommend 1 Stop Auto... not enough! We went car shopping on a Saturday morning and although this wasn’t our first stop I wish it was. We looked around and Ken came out, introduced himself and there was no “hassle” as some people call it. He was there to answer any questions we had and most importantly in a way we could understand, from car features to pricing. Nothing but positive things to say about this place very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Me and my wife were looking for a replacement Vehicle after someone totaled her jeep commander we went to 6 other dealerships before going to 1 Stop Auto none of them were nearly as good as them we found the deal we wanted and it was an easy Process we walked out with a gorgeous town and country with a great deal. I'm eying a newer Grand Cherokee next I will Definitely be going back.
About 2 weeks ago I walked to 1stop auto looking for a car and ended up with a 2004 Subaru Legacy ... Mr Robert Was my salesman and he helped me in each step of the way he was very knowledgeable and relaxed by nature . I never felt rushed even a single bit . Steve the owner happened to be my salesman (humbly). He didn’t boast about it up front. It was more of “by the way I happen to be the owner” He was extremely helpful being that I just moved here that same day from california. I like that they let you take the car on your own for the test. Great service and automatic military discount made so that I didn’t haggle with price.
