Well after 2 vans we still don't have a car. The first one 2008 dodge caravan with 143k miles one it had electrical issues and needed a new transmission within the next year.we found out 3 days after buying. The second one was a 2009 dodge caravan with 106k miles on it stop shifting gears after 5 days of driving it. The owner was very understandable gave us a refund for what we paid only thing is both vans we put full tanks of gas in which we did not get a refund for which is kinda upsetting because that's 90$ wasted and we ... read more

Very friendly staff. Robert helped me get a very good deal right in my budget. I shopped for many long days in Chesapeake, VA beach, Norfolk, and even Portsmouth but came back to 1Stop for the excellent customer service.
