This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Existing customers cannot get through on the phone. There must not be anyone working there to help existing customers. If you are a new customer, they pick up the phone on the first ring, but those reps cannot, or will not, help existing customers. What I was promised by the sales rep and what actually happened were two very different things. Technically Zippy Shell never breached my contract - but the contract wording is so loose as to allow for almost anything. This is unbelievable to me. My container is 6 days late and no one at 1-800-Packrat will not even give me an estimate of when it will be delivered!!! I am moving from **********, Michigan to *********, California (order #*******). My container was supposed to be delivered Aug 1st. Today is August 7th. Moving is stressful! 1-800-Pack-Rat made it a little easier with their portable storage containers. They dropped off the container for us to fill up, then they took it away and stored for us until we were ready for it again. Each time the driver,*****, was friendly and professional. He really gave the personal touch to this whole new experience.

So frustrated with this company and their lack of customer service and communication. Scheduled to have a container delivered Tuesday 7/28/2020 and it's the 29th and I still don't have a container. Moving from Pennsylvania to Texas and already am behind schedule. Supposedly i was on an "Anytime" drop off which means up to 11pm at night. This company will sign a contract promising to deliver your items to your personal address but will then refuse to actually do so. You will be required to retrieve your items from a remote warehouse at your own cost. They will also continue to charge you for services you never agreed to long after you have concluded business with them.

This was by far the worst moving experience of my life, and I moved to Iraq for over a year. The delivery of the "trailer", and that's in quotes because it was a shipping container on a flatbed...not a trailer pulled by a truck like I was told...went meh, other than it not being the shipping apparatus I was told. I had a pod all book with the PODS company but called 1-800-Pack-Rat to see if they'd price match. They did a bit better so book. All went well with drop off but their largest containers are waaay too small for a 3 bedroom. Never trust 1-800-PACK-RAT they are unreliable. Poor customer service. ��� I placed an order and it was confirmed for a container to be delivered sometime on 06/20/2020. I called around 3:00 on 06/20/2020 and I was told my container would be delivered. 06/21/2020 (no container) Now I am told the facility was closed? Someone lied!
