I love this store my kids like the most random things for parties n here is where I find stuff needed
Ew do your self a favor don't shop there plz! Bad compost terrible, bad values, bad ensights, poor in fact terrible employee recognition!! So selfish I can't even express it enough worst decision I made in a long time so glad I have no affiliation to them plz if you value fair employee recognition and good company value this company is a disaster if I could it would get -5 stars save your money shop else where
I drove to zurchers in west valley to buy 5 balloons! 5... I was told there was a 30 minutes wait because they had a lot of orders come In today. Not sure if they were phone or walk ins too, but there was no one ahead of me waiting. There were four people blowing up balloons, surely they could have taken the 3 minutes it would have taken to blow up mine and serve the customers that actually trouble themselves to come in! Poor customer service!

Great customer service love the people there and much to choose from
Had a horrible experience at zurchers this week. They exploded the mylar for my daughters birthday and then were extremely rude about it. They insisted I pay for the helium in my now flat ruined balloon. The manager was sarcastic and provided some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Kept refusing to offer any help while insulting me repeatedly. I don't know if this is a top down philosophy or just a really poorly managed store. I have shopped here for most of our parties but after this I don't plan on going back.
