We went to the Jordan Landing location to have some balloons blown up the night before my sisters graduation. They told us that it would cost around $67 to blow up four number balloons and we told them that was ridiculous and asked to speak to a manager. She then told us that the balloons would only be $3 to blow up a piece after a long discussion. We also had about 16 rubber balloons blown up by them as well. Great store with great service
My son-in-law a well-dressed clean cut 40-ish man went to Zurchers today to get balloons. When he asked to have them filled he was informed there is a shortage on helium. He then asked the clerk why they still advertised they had it if they wouldn’t sell it. The clerk informed him they had it but not for him.......is this zurchers policy ? To treat paying customers badly. Or is this treatment reserved for the gay or LBDG community. Shame on you Zurchers
The best store for party ever
the customer service here has really declined. The clerk by the registers was filling balloons, none else in line, i guess i went in the wrong way to the check out which is confusing at the Midvale store by the way. She raised her voice to tell me "you need to wait by the coke machine", she was so rude, i went to the coke machine and then she said next which was me. There is never a need to be so rude to your customers, maybe have a sign telling people to wait by the other end. I will go somewhere else from now, I don't need... read more

I like the store and have been going there for years to get decorations and party favors. When I asked about them to the lady at the front she informed me that they did away with the bins. I loved to get stuff from the bins to put in pinatas and to use for party favors and now the only way to get those items that were in the bins are to buy a bag of them for a lot more and in numbers that you just don't need.
