I am livid that I paid $60 for balloons that were supposed to be guaranteed 24 hours. I had to pick them up last night because they are closed on Sundays.. Even had to pay extra for the longer lasting helium! I'll definitely be going in tomorrow, totally unacceptable!
Love their products! I have been able to put together the most memorable celebrations and beautiful displays, with ease. Thanks to Zurchers.

Ew do your self a favor don't shop there plz! Bad compost terrible, bad values, bad ensights, poor in fact terrible employee recognition!! So selfish I can't even express it enough worst decision I made in a long time so glad I have no affiliation to them plz if you value fair employee recognition and good company value this company is a disaster if I could it would get -5 stars save your money shop else where
I drove to zurchers in west valley to buy 5 balloons! 5... I was told there was a 30 minutes wait because they had a lot of orders come In today. Not sure if they were phone or walk ins too, but there was no one ahead of me waiting. There were four people blowing up balloons, surely they could have taken the 3 minutes it would have taken to blow up mine and serve the customers that actually trouble themselves to come in! Poor customer service!
