I had a balloon done for gender party for our new grandchild. They were awesome to work with. ��
Last week I reserved the cotton candy machine. I watched the manager write my name down and I talked to her about how to run the machine, what to buy etc. I have two parties this weekend I am using it for. Today I drove 25 minutes to pick it up. The young worker told me that it was rented to someone else and they already picked it up. They offered no apologies, no compensation and no other solutions. I am livid that I paid $60 for balloons that were supposed to be guaranteed 24 hours. I had to pick them up last night because they are closed on Sundays.. Even had to pay extra for the longer lasting helium! I'll definitely be going in tomorrow, totally unacceptable!
