The girls that helped inflate and put prizes in 25 balloons were delightful!
We arrived 10 minutes before closing for some last-minute decorations for a retirement party. The sales associates were very kind and didn’t act the least bit annoyed when we ask them to fill some helium balloons for a balloon Bouquet. Great store lots of supplies, would highly recommend it.
I am so glad this place got a new store manager! This place really is getting in shape and I really enjoy all the supplies and service I get here.
I had a balloon done for gender party for our new grandchild. They were awesome to work with. ��
Last week I reserved the cotton candy machine. I watched the manager write my name down and I talked to her about how to run the machine, what to buy etc. I have two parties this weekend I am using it for. Today I drove 25 minutes to pick it up. The young worker told me that it was rented to someone else and they already picked it up. They offered no apologies, no compensation and no other solutions.
