I love my Zuga family!! Zuga has an awesome variety of classes and great instructors! The best thing about Zuga is the people! The instructors and members are all so supportive and friendly, going to this gym is comfortable and fun!

My New Year's resolution was to do more yoga, and Zuga's convenient class times, affordable unlimited monthly pricing (other studios charge $100+), and awesome staff have made that resolution easy! Checking out a new yoga studio can be intimidating, but everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. The instructors truly want you to get out of class what YOU need and to leave your ego at the door.

Zuga has been a life changing experience for me. I had never tried Zumba before, or any of the other classes offered. Now I go to all of them and have taken control of my health. The instructors are motivating and the other members are supportive and make working out fun. It takes more than one visit or class to get the hang of it but it's truly a workout family and I'm so glad I joined!
Awesome instructors :) Especially the yoga teacher :)
