We are passionate about making positive changes in our participants lives, and we provide an environment without judgement where everyone can be successful. What a great place to workout! Zuga has become my second home!! It has a variety of classes--for all levels, and the instructors are wonderful!! If you are looking for a place to start working out, come to Zuga Fitness.

Zuga allows you for to be yourself working out at whatever level -only you set your goals and level of intensity. I have made new friends and tried classes I would have never pushed myself to try because I feel part of a family that never judges what I want to accomplish each day.

I absolutely love Zuga and all the instructors (and fellow members). I have joined various gyms, but have never been good with following through. The classes and atmosphere at this studio are like no other.
