Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Enormous and varied range of jewellery available. Alex restored my bracelet to the point where it is now in better condition than when I bought it (purchased at another jeweller). He also fixed and improved the lock on it, making it more secure. I am so happy with my bracelet and the cost to fix it was extremely reasonable.
We had my engagement ring and both our wedding bands made by Jane and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were drawn to her beautiful designs, not just a stock standard ring from a catalogue. We had several consultations where Jane was very generous with her time, patience and advice. I loved seeing the different stages of development and seeing the workshop. Still absolutely love our rings, so well made and unique 5 years on.
