I took my 2019 X6M in for service, left with the vehicle 20 minutes into drive oil light came on...shorted one quart of oil. They asked me to bring it back...LOL I just left my 2018 MB G65 in for service and issue with left front tire. I was told all was fixed, they inflated my tire pressure by 10 psi in the front and 4 psi in rear. The people in service technicians are Morons and Management won’t even reach out to you. Bought a Camry from Ceasar over the phone based on pictures and total trust on his word. I asked him may be two dozen questions in the space of 3 days. He was accessible and polite. He answered all my questions and made things at ease. I decided to make the purchase over the phone and wired him the entire cost of the vehicle from own personal banking account to his business account. Ceasar and this dealership are lying, cheating and scam artists who masquerade as the nice guys. I bought a car from them in cash online and wired the cash to Ceasar. The vehicle was delivered and had too many issues. Even the mileage was off by 4523 miles more than Ceasar has indicated. The car was towed from his dealership. The trucker actually recorded the mileage upon pick up. Alternators were bad, there were leaks of ac and oil, welding as well. Significant dents which didn’t show on pictures listed. YES; I WAS AWARE THAT I PURCHASED A VEHICLE THAT HAD A ''SALVAGE' TITLE'' AND I WAS BUYING ''AS IS'' ; BUT IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO SELL CARS LIKE THIS....AS DRIVABLE AND CALL THEM SAFE. They suck, I bought a car from there 7 months ago and I have already put more into the car than what I spent on it. I noticed problems days after the purchased and when I spoke on it I was told all sales are final.they had no type of care and concern I was back at the shop today $1090.00!!!
