We had an appt for Wednesday (per the appt. reminder card.) The office said "no, your appt. is for Friday." We returned on Friday when they said "Your appt. is cancelled..we left you a message" We had no message. They finally admitted the doctor is NOT IN on Fridays. Now we are rescheduled for next week. The thing that bothers me is that they seem to take no responsibility for all the misscheduling...and offer no apology. Each visit is a 20 mile round trip.
Dr Grujic was a tremendous advocate , researcher and physician for my husband for a few years . I can’t say enough positive things about him, his NP and his interest in the patient’s and his family’s needs . Great listener -he is simply the best !
Dr Grujic : best cognitive neuro ever. Kind , goes the extra mile and tries to find the best medical approach to the problem. Highly recommend him !
