Family of 6 and EVERY order was wrong or incomplete. Resolutions were not satisfactory. Sad to see this once-great and unique-to-Mobile restaurant fail. Based on similar comments from others, Zoes doesn't seem to understand the problem. Doubt we'll give them another try.
I used the app and it was so simple and fast! Ordered my food online and it was waiting on me when I walked into the restaurant even though it was packed as usual!
The food is fresh and wonderful...great customer service.
Went in to grab a quick salad during dinner last week, line was starting to form and only one person working a register....and management didn't seem to step in to help...won't return
Awesome food. Staff was very helpful and polite.
