I order chicken salad all over the world and there are several competing for number one in our area, but not Zoes. its chicken and mayo, very bland, very disappointing. But the patio is very nice with plenty of shade. maybe I will try a salad or wrap and give a better review.
I recently ordered catering for a dinner and it was wonderful! Rick called to make sure he set it up the way I wanted and had enough serving dishes for every guest. It was ready to go when I got there and the food was delicious!! Definitely worth every penny :-) Thanks so much!!
I went on my lunch break and ordered a half salad and bowl of soup. I waited, waited and waited. Finally after being there almost 30 minutes I went to the guy at the front and asked where my order was. He looked back and said it had somehow been canceled (?). Offered no apologies whatsoever. I told him I only had an hour lunch break and I'd already spent half of it waiting for food that wasn't even coming. He said "I can give you a refund". I didn't want a refund, I wanted my food. Tried Zoe's for the first time today. Positives: Service was very friendly, our order arrived quickly, the menu had a wide variety of healthy foods, and our food was incredibly delicious. What needs improvement: Dining room really needed a good cleaning, chairs were rather uncomfortable, and the employee taking orders at the counter kept running his hands through his long hair, touching his face, etc., which is just a major no-no in food service. horrible. turned off ovens 30 minutes before store closing, I had submitted order through the app, got there to pick up, had me wait then told me to pick something else. got a refund and complained when I received a survey. received a card for $10 so I went back....horrible service, horrible food presentation, food bad, and horrible and awful employees with no professionalism whatsoever.
My husband and I ordered take out from here tonight and it took an additional 15 minutes after we arrived because only one plate was made. On top of that while I waited I sat and watched the manager on duty run his hands through his hair, scratch his head, rub his face, AND pick his nose while bagging people’s meals. Sad to say our last few visits to Zoës have not been great, but this was the worst.
Friendly service, but food took forever , especially with the amount of staff to [lack of] customer ratio. My food was cold. Usually a good place; at this rate MOD PIZZA, next door with fast service, will put Zoë’s out of business.
