This restaurant denied to take orders for my Emergency room staff. Won’t do business with them again
I order from Zoes quite a bit because I love the Tossed Greek Salad, although it is wrong every time it is delivered. I order it the same way every time. No Feta, No pasta salad. It comes loaded with feta and pasta salad, or it comes missing the Pita and the grilled onions. The food is great, but you should work on quality checking your delivery orders that doordash picks up.
Fantastic lunch today and the customer service by the manager was a 5 star experience! I will be back

I was sold a whole sheet cake on 6/6/19 at 7:20pm that had a label to discard the cake on 6/7/19 at 5:23pm. The cake was not fresh; it was made on 6/3/19. The general manager was not pleasant or apologetic and spoke to me with a rude tone of voice. I am a very dissatisfied customer! I do not want a cake that Zoës plans to throw away the next evening. It's not fair and it doesn't show how customers should be treated. Treat customers how you would want to be treated and show customers that you want their repeat business.
