My last experience was horrible. I didn't get what i ordered. I got what was left over with the remark of "we don't waste food here" that's fine if I'm not paying for it. When I pay for a chocolate chip cookie, I want a chocolate chip cookie. When I pay for a quinoa salad, I expect it not fruit. I want a refund for both of those items plus I ordered cucumbers with my hummas and got pita bread. I eat at Zoe's due to the fresh ingredients and great customer service.
Ordered from there yesterday. Totally messed up the order, service was poor, and my body is still getting rid of the pound of salt they must have poured into the food. Potato salad was a congealed mass that looked like Mess Hall mashed potatoes and my “protein bowl” that was supposed to have no sauce had about 12 ounces of goop and two small chunks of salmon. I love the on line ordering and pickup process with zoe's. i love how its ready for you when you get there, don't need to give someone your name. its sitting on the counter with your name attached. just grap and go. perfect!
They changed the menu and now the food sucks. The Greek rice which was awesome is now Tumeric rice and it's awful with a citrusy taste. They don't serve salsa with the chicken roll-up plate anymore and you have a choice of 4 other sauces, none of which I like. Was just a waste of money for me today. I won't be going back.
I call ahead and place my lunch order for pickup. Love the service...always correct, hot, and ready to go when I arrive. Food is healthy (sorry, Mickey D's!) and good! Love the chicken kabobs and the cauliflower bowl!
