I don't mind this Zips but the drive thru service is horrible. I am currently sitting in the drive thru line and have been for 10 minutes (I am third in line). This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I once spent an hour in the line. People go through the drive thru to make a quick stop. I don't appreciate the long wait.

Amanda, Thank you for contacting me and letting me know that we have a problem. I will be having a managers meeting today in order to pass along your message. I believe the issue is that the staff has forgotten our policy to move forward any cars that are holding up the line due to larger orders. We do cook all of our food fresh which does slow things down at times. We really appreciate your business and I wanted you to know that we will fix this. Curt - Owner
