Cook stuck his hands down his pants and then made my chicken sandwich. Manager remade it and it wasn’t complete. Was refunded and given another meal that was correct, she made an honest attempt. No standards in the kitchen what so ever I watched the sandwich be made after he adjusted himself and didn’t change his gloves. Classy place!

just felt that after paying so much for fries and burgers you'd expect a better product but due to that and a controlled amount of fries we won't be back. staff was also super rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us.
Been visiting this store over 40 years and this was this worst service I’ve ever received. Went through drive-thru, the employee forgot to give me ordered drink, came home. They forgot part of order, go back. Treated like I was lying because the employee didn’t give me a receipt at time of order. Charged for burger they forgot. Come back home. Shakes are where they’re making their money. Everything else is pretty reasonably priced, but the shakes are good so you sort of don’t care.
Very clean fast food restaurant with very friendly staff and short wait times for your order. Can get quite busy at times, but they can handle it. Excellent Huckleberry Milkshakes and other seasonal treats. The French Fries are the best in the Inland Northwest. They also serve Craven’s Coffee, a local brew.
